Mission

This season, I am making the switch over to skier cross.  With my background in alpine and my body size, I will have a great opportunity to excel in this growing sport.  I’ve had two off-season training camps so far.  The first was the Project Gold camp in Mt. Hood with the American Ski Cross Team and my second camp took place in the Southern Hemisphere in Australia and New Zealand with the Aussie Ski Cross Team.  Both camps were successful in giving me a good introduction to ski cross and I am looking forward to the upcoming season.

My goals for this season are to be competitive on the World Cup circuit and to have a strong finish in the Winter X Games.  To make these goals possible, I will continue my conditioning at the Green Mountain Valley School and get in the best shape possible.  I will also have a solid on snow prep period and get as much time on snow as I can.  I am planning on travelling to Colorado early on in the season and getting some solid training in at Copper, Telluride, and Aspen in order to prepare myself for the first World Cup races in Innichen, ITA.
