Running of the Bulls with a little Sake
It was great to catch up with some of my old buddies from Middlebury and make some new ones too…
Had so much fun in NYC that we had to spend Sunday night there…

Yesterday, I spent a couple of hours working with Bill Knowles and Tyler White at iSPORT in Killington, VT. They are helping me design a program that will help me be faster out of the start gate. Bill and Tyler came up with some great exercises that resemble the movement in a ski cross starting gate. The emphasis was mainly on quick, powerful movements with low reps to help develop faster technique. I am really excited to work with iSPORT in the future because of their unique training approach and dedication to helping athletes succeed.
A few of us relaxing at the cookout after the The Kelly Brush Ride this year. The KB ride was a total succes once again this year…It was great to be able to support such an amazing cause and also catch up with some old Middlebury friends. It was definitely a challenge to ride for so long on a road bike but we pushed through it and had a few laughs along the way.
I was totally fine with it until I had to step out onto the plank and look down. That was such a rush.
